Thermostat

You will find a nest thermostat downstairs on the wall just outside the bathroom and upstairs on the wall across from the washer and dryer. Nest thermostats don’t have a touch screen. Use it just like a normal thermostat, turn the ring up when you want it a little warmer, and turn it down when you want it a little cooler.

If the thermostat is currently in heat and cool mode then you will see a blue number for the cool temperature, an orange number for the heat temperature and a number in between those that should be current temperature. If the thermostat is in heat and cool mode then follow these steps to change the temperature:

• Turn the ring to either the heat (counter clockwise to the orange number) or cool (clockwise to the blue number).

• Press your thermostat ring towards the wall to confirm your selection.

• Now set the heat or cool temperature by turning the outside ring.
